The Most wonderful time of the year?

Tis the season to be jolly - but it may not be for some.

For many people Christmas can be a challenging and difficult time. As the whole of the world seems to be celebrating and accentuating all things good; for some this just reinforces the loss they feel. You may be grieving or anxious or lonely or stressed. Perhaps you are struggling with addiction or with a relationship but the world around you keeps on turning and you may feel out of step and isolated. You are entitled to feel the feelings you feel so please don’t think you are wrong if Christmas doesn’t feel like the most wonderful time of the year. Maybe it’s just another time in the year. Take care of yourself and reach out if talking might help..
